The 3,450-square-foot house was built in 1963 in Atherton Woods in West Atherton.

Mr. Bamdad is the owner of Rafico, a company that provides real estate and business consulting and other management consulting services.

He graduated from De Anza College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 76 home sales in Atherton in the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $3.12 million.
