Real estate co. exec selling Burlingame 3BD for $1.089M

Medium d4f1d35368a49b17690adb42c37c2731 Jay Paul Leupp and Ursula Heidi Lebaron Leupp have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1553 Westmoor Road in Burlingame for $1.089 million.

The Leupps paid $990,000 for the property in Dec. 2007. The 1,810-square-foot house was built in 1941 in Lower Burlingame neighborhood. It is located in the Burlingame Village subdivision. Frank Cooke of Prudential California Realty is the listing agent for the property.

Mr. Leupp is the executive vice president of Grubb & Ellis, as well as president of its subsidiary, Grubb & Ellis Alesco Global Advisers LLC.

He previously was managing director of real estate equity research at RBC Capital Markets and at Robertson Stephens. Prior to that, he was vice president at Staubach Co. and development manager at Trammell Crow Residential.

He received a bachelor's degree from Southern California University's Leavey School of Business and a master's degree from Harvard Business School.

The Leupps also own a three-bedroom, one-bath home at 1121 Clovelly Lane in Burlingame. They paid $725,000 for the property in May 2003.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 237 home sales in Burlingame during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $1.05 million.
