Grant coordinator acquires 2BD in Broadmoor

Laureen Bergeron bought a two-bedroom, one-bath home at 1719 Sweetwood Drive in Broadmoor from Poma Estates LP for $549,000 on Dec. 29.

The property was transferred to Poma Estates LP on Sept. 22. The 1,010-square-foot home was built in 1946.

Bergeron is an e-rate grant coordinator for the San Francisco Unified School District.

She attended Triton College and graduated from Simpson College with a B.A. degree in education. She also received an M.A. in community college counseling from Governors State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 41 home sales in Broadmoor during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $489,500.
