The 1,000-square-foot house was built in 1945 at Mezesville City subdivision in Centennial.
Bjornstad works as a software developer at Mount Madonna Center. He has been with the company since 1989. He has done consultancy work for companies such as Sue Center, Con-cise, DBM Engineering, and Findlaw, among others.
He holds B.A. degrees in mathematics and biology from the University of California - Santa Cruz. He received his M.A. degree in mathematics from the University of Maryland.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 623 home sales in Redwood City in the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $680,000.
