Carlos Abela bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 570 Vermont Ave. in Moss Beach from Natasha Loeffler-Little for $430,000 on Feb. 24.

The 2,340-square-foot house was built in 1905.

Abela is a practicing lawyer in San Franciso, California. He has been practicing law for 14 years in both the public and private sectors. His area of practice include personal injury, labor and employment matters, real estate, and landlord-tenant disputes, among others.

Atty. Abela holds an undergraduate degree in history from UC Berkeley, and a Juris Doctor degree from UC Hastings College of the Law.

Loeffler-Little works as a product manager at SuccessFactors Inc., a software company. She has also worked as a product manager at DemandTec, and at iTradeNetwork.

She attended San Francisco State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 16 home sales in Moss Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $640,000.
