Venture capitalist buys Hillsborough Oaks 5BD for $2.284M

David Coglizer and Evelyn M. Neumayr bought a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 1021 Jackling Drive in Hillsborough from Donald F. Curry and Anne K. Curry for $2.284 million on March 15.

The 3,430-square-foot house, which was built in 1926, is in North of Chateau Drive. It is located in Hillsborough Oaks subdivision.

Coglizer is a principal at Westly Group, a venture capital firm. Previously, he was a senior category manager at online auction company eBay.

He received a B.A. in international relations from the University of California - Davis and an M.B.A. in business and finance from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 134 home sales in Hillsborough during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $2.335 million.
