Mr. Maltz, a certified public accountant, is a founding partner at Maltz Associates LP. He has over 20 years of telecommunications contract, tariff and negotiating expertise. He previously was co-founder at Telecom Services Limited. Prior to that, he worked at Bain & Company where he was part of the management team.

He earned his bachelor's in accounting from the University of Florida and his M.B.A. in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago.
