Sculptor selling Hillsborough Park 4BD for $2.65M

Albert E. Guibara has listed for sale a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 1420 Marlborough Road in Hillsborough for $2.65 million.

The 3,780-square-foot house was built in 1956 in South of Chateau Drive. It is located in the Hillsborough Park subdivision. Carol MacCorkle of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is the listing agent of the home.

Guibara is a sculptor in Burlingame. He has been in the industry for more than 50 years. He creates large metal sculptures in variety of styles that can be seen in lobbies of corporate buildings, lawns of private homes and the public parks and sidewalks.

He attended Menlo School of Business Administration.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 162 home sales in Hillsborough during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $2.26 million.
