Catering service owner sells Centennial home

Peter Stalun sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 104 G St. in Redwood City to Christopher Michael Butts and Debra Lee Gallant Butts for $674,000 on Oct. 20.

Stalun paid $637,000 for the property in April 2004. The 1,340-square-foot house was built in 1950 in Centennial. It is part of the Heather Gardens subdivision.

Stalun is the owner of CJ's Cafe & Catering. He previously worked as a senior business analyst at Franklin Templeton Group. He also became an implementation manager at ProBusiness, a computer software company.

He attended the University of California - Berkeley.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 713 home sales in Redwood City during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $650,000.
