Marlen and David Rosales have listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 3911 Moulton Drive in San Bruno for $410,000.

The Rosaleses paid $659,000 for the property in Jan. 2005. The 1,170-square-foot home in Pacific Heights was built in 1959. Richard A. Ochsenhir of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Mason-McDuffie is the listing agent.

Ms. Rosales, a CPA, is the president and CEO of Certified Accounting Services Corporate Office, P.C. in Antioch. She previously served as a senior accountant and manager at McLoughlin, Briese & Company, LLP.

She attended San Francisco State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 493 home sales in San Bruno during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $427,500.
