Nick and Sandra Pugliano bought a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 210 Upland Court in Redwood City from Juvenal and Maria Campos for $1.31 million on Oct. 13.

The 3,500-square-foot home in Oak Knoll/ Edgewood Park was built in 1988. It is part of the Cordilleras Heights subdivision.

Mr. Pugliano is a senior director at TE Connectivity, a provider of engineered electronic components, network solutions, undersea telecommunication systems, and specialty products. He previously served as a global marketing director and as a research director at DOW Electronic Materials.

He attended the University of Pittsburgh, the University of California - Berkeley and the Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 720 home sales in Redwood City during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $645,000.
