Bank sales analyst, staffing co. manager list in Pacifica

Marcy E. Kott and Edward A. Boyes have listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 327 Seaside Drive in Pacifica for $450,000.

Kott and Boyes paid $650,000 for the property in February 2007. The 1,450-square-foot house was built in 1955 in South of Sharp Park Road. It is part of Fairway Park subdivision. Scott Findlay of RE/MAX Star Properties is the listing agent.

Kott is a treasury sales analyst at the Bank of America, where she previously was associate client manager of business banking.

She attended UC - Santa Barbara and UC - Santa Cruz.

Boyes is manager at Peak Technical Staffing, provider of technical recruiting services for engineering firms. Prior to Peak Technical, she served as senior account manager at Ness Technologies and was business development manager at Advantage Technical Resourcing, a staffing company. Earlier, he also worked for Blackstone Technology Group, Albin Engineering, Inteliant, Cotelligent, and Robert Half.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 377 home sales in Metro West during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $474,500.
