Alex E. Osadzinski and Jiali J. Osadzinski sold a four-bed, 2.5-bath home at 10 Mount Vernon Lane in Atherton to Jens K. Andreassen and Linda A. Chang Andreassen for $4.74 million on Nov. 18.

The 7,075-square-foot house, which was built in 2002, is in East Atherton/Lindennwood. It is located in Fair Oaks Estates subdivision.

Alex Osadzinski is the chairman of the board and director at Open TV Corporation, a company providing TV set-top box software and technology. Aside from that, he is the executive vice president and director for digital TV product at Kudelski, a digital television content and solutions firm. Before those, he was a venture partner at software and communications investor Trinity Ventures. In addition, he was also affiliated with software firm Sun Microsystems and internet services provider Katmango.

Jiali Osadzinski was the former director of finance at biotechnology products and technology company Life Technologies. Before that, she served as director of finance at Applied Biosystems Inc., a scientific tools and instruments designer and manufacturer. She was with firm as senior finance manager and finance manager. She was also with The Clorox Company as an assistant manager.

She received a bachelor's in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Jens Andreassen was the former vice president of strategy and new technology at Fortinet, a network security and firewall protection specialist. Before Fortinet, he was with networking services from Narus as director of channels and business development. In addition, he was with ofice machines manufacturer GP-Tinter as vice president for North America and managing director for Asia Pacific.

He received a Master of business administration from Babson College - Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 114 home sales in Atherton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $3.83 million.
