Pediatrician purchases San Carlos for $1.02M

Kathryn D. Gopez and Eugene H. Tom bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 1020 Crestview Drive in San Carlos from Kathy Ishibashi, Lawrence To Ishibashi and Trust Ishibashi for $1.02 million on Nov. 15.

The 2,050-square-foot house was built in 1965 in San Carlos Hillside. It is part of the Brittan Heights subdivision.

Kathryn Gopez is works as a pediatrician. She is a member of the pediatric resident committee at Stanford School of Medicine.

She completed her M.D. from the University of California-San Diego. She also holds a degree in psychobiology the University of California-Los Angeles.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 362 home sales in San Carlos during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $858,500.
