Prior to those, he was the director of customer service at Walmart.com. In addition, he was the vice president of customer care and human resources at inLeague Inc., a payroll and tax solutions company.

Patricia Forsberg is a patient care manager at UCSF Medical Center. Beforehand, she was the director for critical care at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital. Moreover, she was also a head nurse for sub-ICU at Hoag Memorial Hospital.

She received a Bachelor's in nursing from California State University-Long Beach and a master's of business administration from the Univeristy of Phoenix.
