Investment exec trades Fairmont 4BD

Wendy L. Harrington sold a four-bed, three-bath home at 365 Farfallon Ave. in Pacifica to Lori E. Naylor and Edward F. Sawacki for $825,000 on Nov. 29.

The property was previously acquired for $905,000 in October 2004. The 2,630-square-foot house, which was built in 1990, is in North of Sharp Park Rd. It is located in Fairmont subdivision.

Wendy Harrington is the executive vice president for global marketing services at capital solutions company Franklin Templeton Investments. Before that, she was the chief operating officer at Fiduciary Trust, a trusts and estates management firm. She was also affiliated with financial consultancy specialist McKinsey & Company as associate principal and senior engagement manager. In addition, she was the vice president of operations at Internet Capital Group.

She received a Bachelor's in business administration and management information systems from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of business administration in business from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 390 home sales in Pacifica during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $470,000.
