Consultant and analyst sell Millbrae 3BD

Bradley A. Forcier and Maria A. Forcier sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 1375 Magnolia Ave. in Millbrae to Soona Chew and Gregory Chew for $885,000 on Nov. 30.

The Forciers paid $977,500 for the house in Oct. 2009. The 1,300-square-foot house was built in 1953 in Green Hills. It is located in Heather Hill Terrace.

Bradley Forcier is a global technical account manager and solutions consultant at Hitachi Data System, director of solution engineering and a pre-sales solution architect at Lilien Systems. He is also the lead storage engineer at VISA.

Maria Forcier serves as the senior human resources systems analyst at State Compensation Insurance Fund.

She attended San Francisco State University College of Business.

Soona Chew is the former reimbursement counselor at Lash Group, inventory analyst at Restoration Hardware, and business analyst at Mervyn's.

She earned a B.A. in communications from University of California - Davis.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 211 home sales in Millbrae during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $823,500.
