Managers purchase 2BD in Pacifica

Bryan Reinero and Lyla Reinero bought a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 1531 Grand Ave. in Pacifica from Robert W. Long and Joanna M. Long for $468,000 on Dec. 1.

The 1,350-square-foot house was built in 1941 in South of Sharp Park Road.

Bryan Reinero is the software development manager at Mediaplex. Prior to joining the software industry in 2007, he was a producer at Scary Cow Productions for three years.

He holds a B.S. in computer science and mathematics from San Francisco State University.

Lyla Reinero serves as the traffic manager for creative services at Responsys. Before joining Responsys as a designer, she was a client manager/coder/designer at Smith-Harmon Inc. She also worked at Fleur de Lys and The Ritz-Carlton Club.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 390 home sales in Pacifica during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $470,000.
