Quinn K. Liem and Diphoi A. Liem bought a three-bedroom, one-bath home at 12 Clara Ave. in South San Francisco from Matthew Harrison and Ruby Harrison for $501,000 on Dec. 2.
The Harrisons bought the property for $735,000 in November 2006. The 1,020-square-foot house was built in 1951 at Sterling Manor subdivision in Winston-Manor.
Quinn Liem works as a senior commodity manager at Silver Spring Networks, a smart meter communications company. Prior to that, he worked as a global commodity specialist at Logitech, and as a senior buyer at Lightwaves 2020 Inc.
He holds a degree in economics from The Ohio State University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 613 home sales in South San Francisco during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $447,000.
