The Muzas paid $685,000 for the property in August 2004. The 1,160-square-foot house, built in 1965, is in South of Sharp Park Road. It is located in the Vallemar subdivision.

Richard Muza is a remedial project manager at the United States Environmental Protection Agency.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 324 home sales in Pacifica during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $470,000.
