Hila Blick and Chris Blick bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 121 Warbler Lane in Brisbane from Alexander Usupov and Nadezda Usupov for $500,000 on Dec. 9.

The Usupovs paid $1.09 million for the unit in Sept. 2006. The 2,718-square-foot condo is part of the Viewpoint The Ridge condominium, which was built in 1997.

Hila Blick is a sales associate at Vanguard Properties, a real estate company based in San Francisco.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 21 condo sales in Brisbane during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $365,000.
