David A. Pejcha sold a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 701 Baltic Circle in Redwood City to Juliann Fusaro for $565,000 on Dec. 9.

The 1,266-square-foot condo, Unit 715, is in the Ventana del Mar condominium development.

Pejcha is marketing director at Silver Spring Networks in San Mateo. Previously, he worked in Android marketing and product management at Motorola.

He attended the University of California, San Diego, Menlo School and the Wharton School, the University of Pennsylvania.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 130 condominium sales in Redwood City during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $452,500.
