The property had been originally listed for $1.495 million in August 2011. Joe Parsons of Keller Williams Realty was the listing agent.

The 2,330-square-foot house was built in 1985. The current listing agent is John Pinto of John V. Pinto & Associates Inc.

Steven Barrett works as a broker associate at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Prior to that, he was a general partner at Barrett Block Partners.
