Hardware engineer pockets 3BD in Redwood City

Ryan Bahadur bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 1271 Foothill St. in Redwood City from Craig Edward Roche and Lindamarie Rodriguez Roche for $790,000 on Nov. 10.

The 1,300-square-foot house was built in 1951 in Greater Farm Hills. It is located in Westwood Terrace subdivision.

Bahadur serves as director of manufacturing and hardware engineering at Willow Garage. Previously, he was a program manager and electrical engineer at the company. Before joining Willow Garage, he worked as a hardware engineer at LTX-Credence Systems.

He attended the University of Waterloo.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 665 home sales in Redwood City during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $650,000.
