Electronic Arts exec sells San Carlos 3BD for $1M

Stephen G. Bene and Tammy M. Bene sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2072 Arroyo Ave. in San Carlos to Cameron Johnson and Celina Johnson for $1 million on Nov. 10.

The 1,810-square-foot house was built in 1946 in Lower San Carlos. It is part of Sunset Highlands subdivision.

Stephen Bene is senior vice president, general counsel, as well as corporate secretary of Electronic Arts. He previously was an associate at Fenwick and West.

He received his J.D. from Stanford University Law School and earned his B.S. in mechanical engineering from Rice University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 362 home sales in San Carlos during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $858,500.
