Communications associate settles in Millbrae 3BD

Nicholas J. Nelson and Kelleen M. Gromm bought a three-bedroom, one-bath home at 337 San Jose Ave. in Millbrae from Paul S. Orgeron and Elisa G. Orgeron for $460,000 on Nov. 10.

The 1,140-square-foot house was built in 1954 at North Millbrae subdivision in Bayside Manor.

Gromm works as a communications associate at Pacific Consulting Group, a management consultancy firm. Prior to that, she was a receptionist at The Ligature. She has also worked as a senior and merchant teller and officer at the Bank of America.

She attended Canada College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 211 home sales in Millbrae during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $823,500.
