Sam J. Bamieh and Nida Bamieh have listed for sale a 12-bedroom, 12-bath home at 40 Verbalee Lane in Hillsborough for $29 million.

The 35,000-square-foot house, which was built in 1932, is in South of Chateau Drive. It is located in Tobin Clark Estates subdivision. Richard Williamson of Today Sotheby's International Realty is the listing agent.

Sam Bamieh is the founder at American Intertrade Group Inc. He served as the former chairman of the said realty development and financial advisory firm. Beforehand, he was affiliated with the finance department at Varian Associates, a manufacturer of healthcare and laboratory devices and semiconductor materials.

He received an M.B.A. from Sacramento State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 179 home sales in Hillsborough during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $2.28 million.
