The 5,610-square-foot house, which was built in 1995, is in South of Woodside Road. It is located in Quail Meadows subdivision.

Gifford is the president at Enslie Industries Inc., an industrial services and solutions company. Aside from that, she is a board member at Gifford Investment Ltd., a financial ventures and capital outlay firm. Moreover, she is also the president at philanthropic and education advocate entity The Gifford Foundation. The foundation sponsored the Jack and Rhodine Gifford Hitting Facility at the University of California, Los Angeles to help its baseball program.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 95 home sales in Woodside during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $2.2 million.
