Real estate pros selling Hillsborough home for $3.7M

Neville S. Batliwalla and Zarine N. Batliwalla have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 80 Tobin Clark Drive in Hillsborough for $3.7 million.

The Batliwalla paid $1.81 million for the property in January 2010. The 3,896-square-foot house was built in 1978 in the area South of Chateau Drive. It is part of the Tobin Clark Estates subdivision.

Neville Batliwalla is a licensed real estate broker and works with Mynt Capital Management. Prior to starting a career in real estate, he worked at Raychem Corporation for over 20 years. He also served as vice president of Supplier Development at PointSpeed.

He has an M.B.A. in finance from the University of California-Berkeley and an M.S. in polymer science and engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York.

Zarine Batliwalla is an Accredited Staging Professional. She works as a real estate agent at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate J.F. Finnegan.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 178 home sales in Hillsborough during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $2.29 million.
