Fred Schuckert sold a seven-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 610 Edgewood Road in Redwood City to Lee Patch and Louise Patch for $3.2 million on Jan. 12.
The 5,160-square-foot house, built in 1910, is in Oak Knoll/ Edgewood Park. It is located in the Wellesley Park subdivision.
Schuckert was the president and chief executive officer at Ambient Technologies Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of microchips for internet and networking firms. He was also a general manager at Intel in its network interface division and the chief executive officer at Cirrus Logic and at Creatix.
He also sold a condo at 91388 Gough St. in Western Addition for $852,500 in January 2012.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 732 home sales in Redwood City during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $638,000.
