Michael E. Fishman and Nicole L. Fishman bought the three-bedroom, two-bath penthouse condo at 631 Folsom St. in South of Market from Folsom Ventures LLC for $1.75 million on Aug. 19.

Mr. Fishman is executive managing director, executive VP and national director of loan originations with Wells Fargo Foothill Inc. in Santa Monica. He graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

There are 108 units in the 21-story Blu condo development.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35 condo sales in Western Addition during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $659,000.
