Dr. Sohlich paid $2.55 million for the property in Oct. 2005. The 2,700-square-foot condo is part of the Third St. and Clarence Place condominium development, which was built in 1998 in the South End subdivision. Susannah Kopcho of Zephyr Real Estate is the listing agent for the property.

Dr. Sohlich is a radiologist affiliated with Palo Alto Medical Foundation Pediatrics.
