Daryl J. Spreiter and Gary G. Beyrouti sold a six-bedroom, four-bath home at 925 Fulton St. in Western Addition to Dara and Andrew Rosenfeld for $2.35 million on April 2.

Spreiter and Beyrouti paid $941,000 for the property in Oct. 2003. The 4,000-square-foot home in the Alamo Square subdivision was built in 1900.

Mr. Spreiter is an executive at Salesforce.com, a San Francisco-headquartered software service company. He is also manager of customer marketing at Taleo Corp., where he previously served as a senior client manager. He has also worked at Coolboard.com, Prospero Technologies and the Thomson Corp.

He has a B.S. in marketing and speech communications from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Ms. Rosenfeld is an interior designer and the owner of Dara Rosenfeld Design LLC in Burlingame. She most recently worked with The Wiseman Group in San Francisco as a senior designer. Prior to that, she spent 10 years working as a general appraiser at Peter Marino Architect & Associates in Manhattan.

She received her undergraduate degree in art history from Boston University and her master's degree in arts administration from New York University.

Spreiter and Beyrouti also sold a home at 806 Oak St. in Western Addition for $900,000 in Oct. 2003.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 214 home sales in Western Addition during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $681,500.
