Jonathan Jay Flesher has listed for sale a two-bedroom, one-bath condo at 1183 Filbert St. in Russian Hill for $750,000.

Mr. Flesher paid $1.197 million for the condo in May 2002. The 2,965-square-foot condo was built in 1907. Brendon Kearney of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is the listing agent for the property

Mr. Flesher is the vice president and general manager of business development at Zynga, the largest developer of social games such as FarmVille, Mafia Wars, Cafe World, Zynga Poker and FishVille. He has previously served as senior director of business development at Electronic Arts.

He holds an M.B.A. from the Anderson School at the University of California Los Angeles and a B.A. in philosophy from Pomona College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 29 condo sales in Russian Hill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $915,000.
