Freya A. Horne and Michael Fox sold a home at 143 Brunswick St. in Crocker Amazon to Rosalinda H. Santis, Lucia Victoria Santis and Jorge Eduardo Santis for $503,000 on Nov. 4.

Horne and Fox acquired the property for $426,000 in March 2000. The 1,248-square-foot house was built in 1928.

Horne is an attorney and a legal counsel at Five Keys Charter School. Prior to that, she was a private criminal defense lawyer. She also taught at the University of San Francisco Law School.

She was also a trial lawyer before joining the said university. Additionally, she was with the San Francisco Public Defenders Office as a lawyer.

She finished her bachelor's degree at the University of California-Berkeley and received her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 68 home sales in Crocker Amazon during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $470,000.
