Law firm associate acquires 3BD in Bernal Heights

Yolanda C. Manzone and Nicholas P. Dor bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 373 Richland Ave. in Bernal Heights from Sharon L. Seliga and Sharon Lee Reinbott for $699,000 on July 21.

Sharon L. Seliga paid $727,000 for the property in Aug. 2004. The 1,275-square-foot house was built in 1908 in Bernal Heights.

Manzone is an associate with the law firm of Hanson Bridgett LLP.

She received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and attended the Presidio School of Management.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 164 home sales in Bernal Heights during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $678,000.
