Charles M. Didaleusky has listed for sale a two-bath condo at 650 Delancey St. in San Francisco-South of Market for $1.49 million.
The property was acquired for $950,000 in June 2004. The Unit 112 is one of the 66 units in The Oriental Warehouse. The condo development, which was converted into live/work lofts in 1996, was originally a warehouse built by the Pacific Mail Steamship Company in 1868. Adam Gavzer of McGuire Real Estate is the listing agent.
Didaleusky is the lead attorney of CMD Associates, a trial litigation law firm in Oakland, Calif. Previously, he was an associate at the law firms Latham & Watkins in Washington D.C. and at Quinn Emanuel in San Francisco, Calif.
He graduated from Columbia University School of Law where he was recognized as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He also has a master's degree in strategic studies from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, and a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University.
