The Rosemans previously acquired the property for $1 million in June 2006. The 2000-square-foot house was built in 1924 in San Francisco. Tuan Tran of Zephyr Real Estate is the listing agent.
Robert Roseman has been the general manager at Pacific Technology CCTV Inc., a company specializing in security devices and solutions. He has also been a senior quality assurance engineer at eBay and Allstate Insurance, and a programmer and test engineer at Saint Luke's Medical Center. In addition to those, he was a senior SQA developer at parenting site BabyCenter and a senior automation development lead at software management firm Modius.
He attended DePaul University.
