Andrea S. Wollack and Richard G. Wollack sold a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 765 Market St. in Financial District to John G. Combs for $1.19 million on Nov. 22.
The 947-square-foot Unit 25 is part of Four Seasons condominium development, which was built in 2001.
Richard Wollack is founder and principal managing director of Premier Pacific Vineyards. Previously, he served as founder and chairman of Global Real Analytics, an investment company that once provided real estate forecasts. He has also been an adjunct professor at the Stanford Graduate School of Business where he completed his master's in business administration.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 59 condo sales in Financial District during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $813,700.
