Miron Cuperman has listed for sale a two-bedroom, two-bath townhome at 246 Sanchez St. in Castro/Upper Market for $875,000.
Cuperman paid $825,000 for the property in October 2005. The 1,450-square-foot townhome was built in 1985. Joshua Lawrence of Climb Real Estate is the listing agent.
Cuperman is an engineer and a member of the technical staff at Google. He previously founded CPUSet and Stealth Bioinformatics. Prior to that, he served as CTO at MyWhuffie.com. Earlier in his career, he founded Fillz Inc., where he served as CEO and CTO. He has also held a variety of positions at Medianix Semiconductor, Xinex Labs and Simon Fraser University.
He attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and graduated from Simon Fraser University in Canada with a B.S. in computer engineering.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 128 home sales in Castro/Upper Market during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $871,200.
