Clyde Rodriguez previously acquired the property for $1.64 million in Nov. 2006. The 1164-square-foot unit is part of the 3895 - 3897 24th St. condo development, which was built in 1909. Edmond D. O'Sullivan of Hill & Co. is the listing agent.

Rodriguez is a senior fellow at Inveneo, a nonprofit group that provides computer and technology resources for other foundation and humanitarian groups. Prior to that, he was with tech firm Advanced Micro Devices as a vice president in the internet solutions group. He also worked at the said firm as an advisor and chief of staff. Before AMD, he was with the Windows engineering team at Microsoft.

He earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and computer science from UC - Berkeley and was awarded a certificate in international business from the University of Washington.
