Meredith A. Jones-McKeown and Paul J. McKeown bought a one-bath, 837-square-foot home at 1865 Greenwich St. in Marina from Blossom L. Jang and Trio Investments LLC for $850,000 on Nov. 8.

The home was built in 1900.

Jones-McKeown, a trial attorney, is an associate at the San Francisco office of the law firm Sheppard Mullin Richter and Hampton LLP. She concentrates her practice on construction, environmental, government contracts and real estate litigation. She previously worked at Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP and at Thelen LLP.

She holds a B.A. from Columbia University and a J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley.

The McKeowns also own a home at 69 Chattanooga St. in Noe Valley. They paid $665,000 for the property in June 2010.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 67 home sales in Marina during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.26 million.
