The 4,276-square-foot house was built in 1907.

Burchell P. Smith serves as the on-premise national account manager and area manager at Anchor Brewers and Distillers, LLC. Previously, he worked as co-founder and president of Pied Piper Brewing, LLC. He had also worked with Diageo, FIJI Water, Casa Vinicola Calatrasi and Pyramid Breweries.

He attended Evergreen State College and the University of San Francisco, Masagung Graduate School of Management.
