Paul Hwang and Judy Fujii Hwang have relisted a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 425 1st St. in South of Market for $2.03 million.

The Hwangs previously listed the condo for $1.75 million with Paul Hwang of Skybox Realty. The 1,449-square-foot Unit 5402 is one of the 709 residential units in the One Rincon Hill condo development.

Paul Hwang is a principal broker at Skybox Realty in San Francisco. He is still the agent for the listing.

Judy Fujii Hwang is the vice president of marketing at Cloudmark, a San Francisco-based provider of messaging infrastructure and security solutions. She previously served as marketing director at QLogic. Prior to that, she was vice president of corporate marketing at 3Leaf Systems. Earlier in her career, she held executive positions in marketing at NeoPath Networks, PortAuthority Technologies, FaceTime Communications and Resonate. She has also served as a marketing consultant at KnowNow and at Data Domain.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 424 condo sales in Concord during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $92,200.
