Dermatologists settle in Russian Hill condo for $2.2M

Matthew H. Kanzler and David C. Gorsulowsky bought a two-bath condo at 999 Green St. in Russian Hill from Alison Baumann and Peter Baumann for $2.2 million on Nov. 8.
The 1,791-square-foot Unit 2804 is part of The Summit condominium development, which was built in 1964.
Kanzler is a plastic surgeon based in Fremont. He specializes in diagnostic laboratory and dermatological immunology and general surgery.
He completed his residencies at the University of Miami and Henry Ford Hospital.
Garsulowsky is also a practicing dermatologist.
He obtained his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 39 condo sales in Russian Hill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $841,300.
