Greg Giffra, Joanne E. Giffra and Gary R. Giffra bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 125 Irwin St. in San Rafael from Michael Tar and Pavati Zeno for $640,000 on Sept. 11.

Tar and Zeno paid $552,000 for the property in Aug. 2002. The 1,282-square-foot house was built in 1964 in the San Rafael West of 101 neighborhood.

Mr. Giffra is owner of Giffra Enterprise LLC, a residential development firm in San Francisco.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 421 sales in San Rafael during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $561,452.
