Mirta Sosa of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is the listing agent for the property. Ulubay and Cokgor paid $1.3 million for the property in April 2003. The 3,547-square-foot house was built in 1988 and is located in the Lucas Valley subdivision.

Dr. Cokgor-Ulubay is a medical doctor specializing in neurology at Neurology Clinic of Marin. She previously was a neuro-oncologist at Marin Oncology Associates and a neurologist at North Bay Neurology Associates. She also served as assistant professor at Duke University and as clinical associate in the department of neurosurgery at the University of California Davis.

She earned her medical degree from Hacettepe University in Turkey and her Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. She completed her internship in internal medicine at Meridia Huron Hospital-Cleveland, her residency in neurology at Duke University-School of Medicine and her fellowship in neuro-oncology at Duke University Medical Center.

The Ulubays also own a three-bedroom, two-bath condo at 300 Berry St., Unit #444 in South of Market, purchased in Nov. 2008 for $770,000 and sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 70 Mt. Tenaya Drive in Unincorporated San Rafael for $2,127,727.
