Hearst Newspapers editor lists $2.395M 4BD in Mill Valley

Medium 9d96bdc1ce1871eb3b5517f0e0ec223a Philip and Christine Bronstein have listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 153 Ethel Ave. in Mill Valley for $2.395 million.

Dana C. Johnson of Pacific Union International is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Bronstein paid $2,322,500 for the property in May 2005. The 3,480-square-foot house was built in 1903 in the South of Blithedale Avenue. It is located in the Downtown Mill Valley subdivision.

Mr. Bronstein is the editor at large with Hearst Newspapers, which owns the San Francisco Chronicle. He is also a columnist with the paper.
