The 3,439-square-foot house was built in 1947 in South of Sir Francis Drake Blvd.

Boswell is a California licensed real estate broker with Bradley Real Estate and is the listing agent for the home. She is also an accredited staging professional real estate agent, and a senior real estate specialist, which permits her to counsel senior clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.
