Equity firm exec lists Belvedere 4BD for $5.8M

Ralph Ungermann and Ellen Ungermann have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 88 W. Shore Road in Belvedere for $5.8 million.

The Ungermanns paid $6.17 million for the property in June 2006. The 4,371-square-foot house, built in 2001, is in Belvedere Bayside. Susan Hewitt of World Class Belvedere Home is the property's listing agent.

Mr. Ungermann is the managing director and founder of CSV Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Prior to that, he co-founded First Virtual Communications and was the co-founder, chief executive officer and chairman of Ungermann-Bass.

He holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and a master's degree in computer architecture from University of California, Irvine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 31 home sales in Belvedere during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $2.45 million.
